(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.*) Order 202*

TCF Bradford City Centre Cycling And Walking Improvement Scheme Various Roads

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:

(i)    Proposed prohibited left turns from Kirkgate onto Sunbridge Road and Sunbridge Road onto Godwin Street.

(ii)  Proposed road closures on Market Street, Bank Street, Broadway, Bridge Street and parts of Hall Ings.

(iii)Proposed bus lanes on Well Street, Godwin Street, Princes Way, Manchester Road, Hall Ings and Vicar Lane

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or below or obtained from Sukhpal Shergill, Senior Engineer - Traffic & Road Safety South by email Sukhpal.Shergill@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number PTH/HDC/104971/MO/SS.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 4 December 2023 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/JLF/415169.
