Between Huddersfield Road and Woodside Road, Wyke, Bradford (Modification) Order 2024

On 1 day of February 2024 an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order, as confirmed, is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the following footpath:

A public footpath in the former Urban District of Bradford as shown by a broken black line on the map annexed to the Order, commencing at Huddersfield Road at Grid Reference: SE 1531 2717, and continuing in a north-west direction for 39 metres to Woodside Road at Grid Reference: SE 1528 2720

A copy of the modified confirmed Order and the Order map has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford during normal office hours or can be found below. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be purchased.

The Order came into force on 1 February 2024 but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 within six weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 11 of Schedule 15 to that Act.
