Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:

     I.        ‘NO WAITING AT ANY TIME’ on a length of Bartle Gill View/Drive. Otley Road, Baildon. Kirklands Lane & Fyfe Grove, Baildon. Heaton Road, Baildon. Otley Road, (Near Halfway House) Baildon. Somerset Avenue & Heaton Drive, Baildon. Clyde Street, Bingley. Keighley Road, Bingley. Mornington Road, Bingley. Keighley Road, Crossflatts. Micklethwaite Lane & The Drive, Crossflatts. Littlelands, Cottingley. Goit Stock Terrace, Wilsden. Keighley Road, Harden. Lingbob Mill Fold & Main Street, Wilsden. Carlton Avenue & Dallam Walk, Saltaire. Hirst Lane, Shipley. Branksome Drive, Shipley. Menston Old Lane. Cleasby Road. Farnley Road, Menston. Main Street, Burley-in-Wharfedale. Springhurst Road, Malborough Road, Scarborough Road, Bradford Road and Titus Street, Saltaire.

    II.        ‘LIMITED WAITING’ Mon-Fri, 8.00am – 9.30am and 1.00pm – 3.30pm, 10mins No return within 20mins on a length of Keighley Road, Bingley.

   III.        ‘NO WAITING’ & NO LOADING AT ANY TIME, on a length of Keighley Road, Bingley.

  IV.        ‘SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR’ on a length of Keighley Road, Bingley.

   V.        ‘LIMITED WAITING PARKING’ Mon-Sat, 8.00am – 6.00pm, 30Mins No return within 2 Hours except for Permit Holders on a length of Lime Street, Bingley.

  VI.        Revocation of existing ‘NO WAITING AT ANY TIME’ revoked on a length of Keighley Road, Crossflatts.

 VII.        ‘LOADING WAITING’ Mon-Sat, 8.00am – 6.00pm, 1 Hour No return within 1 Hour on a length of Airedale Street, Bingley.

VIII.        Revocation of Disabled Parking Place on Carr Lane, Windhill.

  IX.        Revocation of existing ‘NO WAITING’ Mon-Sat, 7.30am-9.30am and 4.00pm-6.30pm on a length of Bradford Road.  

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and also at Bingley Library, Ilkley Library and Shipley Library or examined below or obtained from Craig Williams, Senior Engineer Traffic and Highways (North), by telephone on 01535 618294 or by email craig.williams@bradford.gov.uk .
