(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.3) Order 2022

104731 Sticker Lane Junction, Chapman Street and Bowling Back Lane, Bradford

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 10 November 2022 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

                      I.        No Waiting No Parking on a various lengths of Chapman Street, Bowling Back Lane and Sticker Lane.

                    II.        Road Closure at the junction of Chapman Street with Bowling Back Lane and revocation of existing one-way on Chapman Street.

                   III.        Revocation of an existing one-way traffic flow on Chapman Street.

The Order comes into force on 21 November 2022 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or below or obtained from Arshad Mahmood, Senior Engineer, Traffic & Road Safety South Planning, Transportation & Highways by telephone on 01274 437684 or by email arshadmahmood@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104731/CON-1A.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 10 November 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
