Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 23

Installation of a Zebra Crossing Facility on Wenning Street, Keighley 

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 23(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council having consulted with the Chief Officer of Police pursuant to the provisions of Section 23(2)(a) of the said Act proposes to install a zebra crossing facility situated on Wenning Street, Keighley.

A copy of drawing number: P/HS/THN/105411/CON-1A showing the installation of the zebra crossing facility may be examined at the Customer Services, Keighley Town Hall during normal office hours or examined below or obtained from Chris Hird, Traffic Engineer – Place by email Chris.Hird@bradford.gov.uk.

If you wish to make comments upon the proposed zebra crossing facility you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received  no later than 12 noon on Friday, 2 December 2022 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/412555.
