Removal of a Zebra Pedestrian Crossing and Installation of a Puffin Crossing Facility on A65 Leeds Road, Ben Rhydding

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 23(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council having consulted with the Chief Officer of Police pursuant to the provisions of Section 23(2)(a) of the said Act proposes to remove a zebra pedestrian and install a puffin crossing facility situated on the A65 Leeds Road, Ben Rhydding.

A copy of drawing number: P/HS/THN/105410/CON-1A showing the removal of the zebra pedestrian crossing and installation of a puffin crossing facility may be examined at the Customer Services Reception, Ilkley Town Hall during normal office hours or examined below or obtained from Chris Hird, Traffic Engineer – Place by email Chris.Hird@bradford.gov.uk.

If you wish to make comments upon the proposed puffin crossing facility you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received  no later than 12 noon on Friday, 2 December 2022 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/412554.
