CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD HUMPS

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to construct road humps under its powers contained in the Highways Act 1980 on The Avenue, Clayton, Bradford. The Locations, Nature and Dimensions of the proposed road humps will be as follows: -

A copy of Drawing Number: -  PTH/HS/104905/CON-3A showing the affected road may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or obtained from Shahid Aziz, Engineer - Traffic & Road Safety South, Planning, Transportation & Highways by telephone on 01274 435722 or by email Shahid.Aziz@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number PTH/HS/104905/CON-3A. 

If you wish to object to the proposed road humps you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by e-mail to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday 18^th November 2022 quoting reference:-  CORP/PCD/AK/410548.
