(Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.13) Order 2022

 

104773 – Bradford West Area 21/22

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 13 October 2022 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

 

i.              NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on a length of City Road, Menstone Street, Oxley Street, Back Granville Road SW, Aireville Road, Beamsley Road, Granville Road, Back Granville Road NE, Briery Field, Granville Terrace, Sandsend Close, Brantwood Road, Brantwood Crescent, Brantwood Grove, Heaton Park Drive, Toller Lane, Toller Drive, Stoney Ridge Avenue, Bingley Road, Highfield Drive, Duchy Avenue, Walmer Villas, Hill Top Road, Durham Road, Farcliffe Road and Oakwood Grove.

ii.            NO WAITING AT ANY TIME extended by 6m on as length of Young Street.

iii.           Revocation of doctors parking place on a length of St Paul’s Road.

iv.           Revocation of part NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on a length of Nearcliffe Road.

v.            Blue Badge Parking Bay outside Nos 1 and 3 Masham Place and extend existing Blue Badge Parking Bay to 6.6m outside No 66 Jesmond Avenue. 

 

The Order comes into force on 24 October 2022 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or may be examined below or obtained from Mark Gillingham, Senior Engineer – Traffic & Road Safety (South) by telephone on 01274 437683 or by email mark.gillingham@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104773/MAG.

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 13 October 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
