Public Footpath Hillcrest Road, Queenbury

 

Public Path (Stopping Up) Order 2022

 

The above Order was made on 15th September 2022. The effect of the Order will be to stop up the public footpath running from Hillcrest Road commencing at point A to point B improve the public footpath between point C and D as shown on the Order map.

 

A copy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY during normal office hours.  Copies of the Order and plan may be purchased.

 

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to the Interim Head of Legal & Governance at the address given below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference:CORP/PCD/AK/411872 by 12 noon on Friday, 4 November 2022.  Please state the grounds on which they are made.

 

If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.  If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
