(Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation) (Amendment No *) Order

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:

i.              ‘NO WAITING AT ANY TIME’ on a length of Rooley Lane, Bradford.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined below or during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or obtained from Martin Adams, Senior Technician Planning, Transportation and Highways, by telephone on 01274 435662 or by email martin.adams@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/105242/CON1A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday ,16 September 2022  quoting reference:  CORP/PCD/AK/411782.
