(Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.6) Order 2022

104911 - Eden Boys School, Syedna Way, Bradford

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 15th March 2022 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

i.              No Waiting at any time on a length of Syedna Way, the junction of Syedna Way and Ingleby Street and the junction of Rosse Street and Syedna Way and on a length of Thornton Road

ii.            Limited Waiting restrictions Mon-Fri 7.30am to 8.30am and 2.30pm to 3.30pm on lengths of Syedna Way

iii.           No Loading time change to Mon-Fri 7.30am to 9.30am and 2pm to 16.30pm on lengths of Ingleby Road and Thornton Road.

The Order comes into force on 28th March 2022 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined below or obtained from Shahid Aziz, Road & Traffic Safety South, by telephone on 01274 435722 or by email shahid.aziz@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/ BS/104911/CON-1B & CON-2B.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 15th March 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
