(Speed Limit) (No.10) Order 2021

104846 Otley Road and Carr Lane, East Morton

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a speed limit of 30 miles per hour on sections of Otley Road and Carr Lane, East Morton, Keighley.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined below or obtained from Chris Hird, Traffic & Highway, Stockbridge Depot, Keighley by telephone on 01535 618172 or by email chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number: P/HS/THN/104846/CON-1A (2 parts).

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 1 April 2022  quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/410285.
