(Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation)(Amendment No.5) Order 2022

103196 Harrogate Road and New Line, Bradford

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 1st March 2022 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

I.             NO WAITING AT ANY TIME restriction varying lengths on Harrogate Road and New Line; 

II.            LIMITED WAITING PARKING within new Lay-by at Harrogate Road, Mon-Sun, 3 hours, No Return within 1 hour; and

III.          LIMITED WAITING PARKING within layby at new access road to Farm Foods, Mon-Sun, 1 hour, No Return within 1 hour.

The Order comes into force on 14th March 2022 and a copy of the Order together with maps showing the affected roads may be examined below or obtained from Kavin Stoddart, Senior Engineer by telephone on 01274 431013 or by email kavin.stoddart@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/103196/TRO/CON-1C.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made 1st March 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
