104905 - Clayton Care Home, The Avenue, Bradford

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions:

       I.        NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on lengths of The Avenue, Clayton.

     II.        Bus layby to be reduced in length on the Avenue, Clayton.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined below or obtained from Shahid Aziz, Engineer, Traffic & Highways by telephone on 01274 435722 or by email Shahid.Aziz@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/BS/104911/CON-1B.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 11 March 2022 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/410548.
