Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce:

      i.        No Waiting at any time on a length of Huddersfield Road junctions between Woodside Road and Town Gate

    ii.        Resident Permit Parking on a length of Huddersfield Road

   iii.        Footway Buildout on Huddersfield Road near junction with Wainman Street

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined below or obtained from Arshad Mahmood, Senior Engineer – Traffic & Road Safety South by telephone on 01274 437684 or by email ArshadMahmood@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104782/CON-2A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 13 August 2021 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/409501.
