(Consolidation)(Amendment No.3) Order 2021

Bradford East Area Various Locations

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 11 March 2021 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce new waiting and parking restrictions at the following locations:

      i.        Double yellow lines on lengths of Cliffe Road, Valley Road, Broad Lane, Fernville Drive, Sticker Lane, Silkstone Road, Usher Street, Killinghall Road, Leeds Road (Fagley), Town Lane (Idle), Bowling Old Lane, Albany Street, Spring Mill Street, Bude Road, Rooley Lane, Dudley Hill Road and Askrigg Drive

     ii.        Extension of No stopping on School Entrance Marking Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Sept 1 - July 31 on a length of Dudley Hill Road

    iii.        Disabled persons parking place on lengths of Curzon Road and Gladstone Street

   iv.        Revocation of Double yellow lines on a length of the east side of Valley Road

    v.        Revocation of No waiting Mon-Fri 8am-6pm on lengths of Town Lane and Kingston Road, Idle

   vi.        Revocation of No waiting Mon-Fri 8am-6pm on a length of Caledonia Street   

The Order comes into force on 22 March 2021 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined below or obtained from Christine Hopkinson by email Christine.Hopkinson@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number: HS/TRSS/104733/CH.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 11 March 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
