Off Street Places (Electrical Recharging Bays)

(Consolidation) (Amendment No.1) Order 2024

 

Various locations within the City of Bradford Metropolitan District.

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 11April 2024 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce designated electric vehicle recharging bays in the following locations: -

The Order comes into force on 15 April 2024 and a copy of the Order together with maps showing the affected sites may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and at Customer Services Reception, Keighley Town Hall and at public libraries in Bingley, Baildon, Ilkley and Shipley or can be found below or obtained from Kate Stanley, Energy & Environment – Energy Team by telephone on 07582 109719 or by email kate.stanley@bradford.gov.uk

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 11 April 2024) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
