(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) (Amendment No 3) Order 2024

 

A650 Manningham Lane and Keighley Road, Manningham

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 28March 2024 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

 

  1. ‘Bus with Flow Lane’ - on the length of South West side from a point approximately 72 metres North West of the projected North Western kerbline of Drewton Road to its junction with the projected South Eastern kerbline of Marlborough Road.

 

  1. ‘Bus with Flow Lane between 3pm – 6.30pm Monday to Friday’ – on the length of Manningham Lane, Manningham.

 

  1. ‘Bus with Flow Lane permitted vehicles’ – Bus, Licensed Taxi, Pedal Cycle and Motorcycle on the length of Manningham Lane, Manningham.

 

The Order comes into force on 19 April 2024 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or examined below or obtained from Assistant Engineer, Shahid Aziz, Traffic ? Road Safety (South) by telephone on 01274 435722 or by email Shahid.Aziz@bradford.gov.uk

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 28 March 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
