(Speed Limit 20mph) (No.10) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a 20 miles per hour Speed Limit on the following lengths of road: -

 

  1. Red House Gardens, New House Farm Drive, Cheviot Close, Masham Road, Cuckoo Drive, Moor View Close, Hawksworth Drive, East Parade, Wentworth Close, Garth Grove, Derry Lane, Hargrave Crescent, Hillside Court, Derry Hill Gardens, Walker Road, Dick’s Garth Road, Plover Field, Lapwing Avenue, Gold Crest Way, Starling View, Rombalds Court, Main Street, Grange Farm Court, Grange Avenue, Moorfield Avenue, Moorview Croft, Stocks Hill, Croft Park, Croft Close, Croft Way, Croft Rise, Kirklands Close, Low Hall Close, North View, South View, Carrdale Drive, Fairfax Close, Goldcrest Way, Finch Fold, Horncliffe Way, Curlew Rise, Farmington Road, Bracken Drive, Blackberry Bank, Mickleton Street, Rushington Drive, West Winds, Bleach Mills Lane, Oakridge Avenue - for its whole length.
  2. Burley Lane - from its junction with Westbourne Drive to its junction with Main Street.
  3. Station Road - from a point approximately 16 metres west of its junction with Bradford Road to its junction with Newfield Drive.
  4. Derry Hill - from a point approximately 100 metres (Speed Limit Terminal) from its junction with Bingley Road to its junction with Main Street.
  5. Menston Drive - from its junction with Bingley Road to a point approximately 32 metres south.
  6. Bingley Road - point approximately 260 metres east of its junction with Derry Hill to its junction with Bradford Road.
  7. Moor Lane - from a point approximately 75 metres west of its junction with West Winds to its junction with Main Street.
  8. Buckle Lane - from its junction with Bradford Road for approximately 270 metres (existing 30/40 mph terminal).
