NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce:

i.              Revocation of exiting No Waiting at Any Time replaced with Limited Waiting for 30 Mins, No Return within 1 Hour, Mon-Sat, 8am to 6pm on a length of Chapel Street; and

ii.             One-Way only direction of travel on a length of Chapel Street.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined below or obtained from Marie Pickles, Traffic Engineer South by telephone on 01274 437678 or by email marie.pickles@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number: HS/TRSS/105022/GL-1A.  

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 12 November 2021 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/409312/409315.
