Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (“the Council”) proposes to make a Public Spaces Protection Order (“the Order”) under Section 59 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the Act”). The proposed Order will permit the restriction of public right of way at Public Footpath Bradford West 80 by virtue of a gate restricting access at a point between Ivegate to its junction with New Market Place.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk  to be received no later than 12 noon on 17 March 2021 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/SW/407620
