(Waiting, Loading and Parking) (Consolidation)

(Amendment No. **) Order 20**

Various Locations in the Bradford South Constituency

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following: -

      i.        ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ on lengths of Brackenbeck Road, Glenbrook Drive, Northside Road, Albert Road, Burwood Drive, Long Lane, Knowles Street, Rook Lane, Greyswood Crescent, Cross Lane, Law Street, Wilson Road, Lloyds Drive, Yardley Way Bradford.

    ii.        ‘Limited waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours Monday to Saturday between 8am - 4pm’on length of High Street, Queensbury. 

   iii.        ‘Limited waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours Monday to Saturday between 8am - 6pm’ on lengths of Brackenbeck Road.

   iv.        ‘No Waiting Monday to Friday between 4pm - 6pm’ on lengths of High Street, Queensbury.

    v.        ‘No Stopping on School Entrance Markings Monday - Friday 8.30am - 9.15pm 2.30 - 4.00pm between 01 September and 31 July’ on lengths of Home Farm Close and Cooper Lane.

   vi.        ‘Permit Holders Only’ on lengths of Northside Road, Northside Terrace, Glendare Road, Glendare Terrace.

  vii.        ‘Revocation of existing No Waiting at Any Time’ on lengths of Coppice Wood Grove.

 viii.        ‘Revocation of existing No Stopping on School Entrance Markings Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm between 01 September and 31 July’ on lengths of Home Farm Close and Cooper Lane.

   ix.        ‘Revocation of existingLimited waiting of 1 hours (return prohibited within 1 hours) Monday to Saturday between 8am - 6pm’ on lengths of High Street, Queensbury.

    x.        ‘Revocation of existing Residents parking Monday to Friday 7.30am - 9am’, Monday to Wednesday 3pm - 5pm and Monday to Thursday 3pm-4pm’. on on lengths of Northside Road, Northside Terrace, Glendare Road, Glendare Terrace.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 22 February 2024 quoting reference:-  CORP/PCD/JLF/415705.
