Proposed Prohibition of Driving

Keighley Road, Ilkley Moor, Ilkley

Noticeis hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following: - 

      i.        ‘Prohibition of Driving’ on the length of Keighley Road in Ilkley-unmetalled road between track to Silver Well Cottage and Whetstone Gate (radio masts).

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and Keighley Town Hall or can be found below or obtained from Traffic Engineer, Andrew Solomon, Traffic & Highways (North) by telephone on 01274 435716 or by email andy.solomon@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number THN/105746/TRO-1A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 5 January 2024 quoting reference:-  CORP/PCD/DS/ 415488.
