(Consolidation) (Amendment No.17) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council has made the above Order on the 9 November 2023 under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following: -

i.              ‘Permit holders only parking beyond this point (Except in Signed Bays)’ on a length of Rowanberry Close and Whitebeam Walk.

The Order comes into force on the 16 November 2023. A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or can be found below or obtained from Senior Traffic Engineer, James Haigh, Planning, Transportation & Highways, by telephone on 07816 355140 or by email James.Haigh@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/105398/JH.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 9 November 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
