to date and key milestones. The report will seek to delegate authority to the Director of
Finance, as the S151 Officer, to submit the business cases to Government, the
Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (LUHC) - formerly known as
MHCLG, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
