The council is a signatory to the Health and Care Strategic Partnering (SPA) Agreement (2019) which is intended to further develop system partnership working towards the Happy, Healthy & at Home vision. This report will bring an updated version of the document which takes into account developments and changes over the last 2 years and considers further changes to come in light of the expected Health and Social Care White Paper.
