This paper will set out the Council’s Workforce Development Strategy for the next 5 years. It will build upon previous work (e.g. Council’s Corporate Workforce Development Strategy 2015 – 2021, Hay Report, survey(s) findings and current work e.g. Council Plan and Equalities Objectives)
The WFD strategy will inform our approach to Organisational Development (e.g. reinvigorated behaviours, high performing culture, performance management) and Learning and Development (e.g. leadership and management development, talent management, early career, including apprenticeships and graduates etc.)
