Following the outcome and recommendations of a previous report to the Committee on the 18th July 2018, the Executive will be asked to consider a new report to note the outcome of the Official Journal of European Union (OJEU) competitive dialogue procurement process.
The report will also ask Executive to approve the acquisition of a development/investment opportunity within the city centre.
