This report will update Executive on the findings of the recently completed AECOM survey of Queensbury Tunnel, the anticipated financial costs for stabilisation and conversion of the tunnel to a leisure cycle facility and the options of potential funding sources to cover these.
The report will make a recommendation on the Council’s response to the lobbying of the Queensbury Tunnel Society in relation to the ultimate disposition of the tunnel.
