The Council is required to set out in a Local Development Scheme (LDS) the documents it intends to produce as part of the Local Plan and the timetable for their preparation including key milestones and consultation. The current LDS was adopted by executive in July 2014 and covered the period 2014-2017.
The report will seek approval of the revised LDS which will set out the anticipated programme for 2018 – 2020.
