Executive will be asked to approve the 2017/18 Highway Winter Service Operational Plan and Policies which describe the Council’s arrangements for dealing with the clearing of snow and ice from the highway network during the 2017/18 winter season in light of changes resulting from the Budget setting process of 2015/16 including approval of policies associated with achieving the planned savings during 2017/18.
