The school has had no lollipop person since July 2023. There has been an advert out for the position all this time, but not one application has been received by the local authority.
Children are at risk of being seriously injured or worse by traffic on their way to/ from school. There have been several 'near misses'. The current 'island' style crossing is not well marked and not sufficient to support the two form entry school and nursery.
