Parks and play areas were closed as part of the response to Covid-19.

On 23rd June, the Prime Minister announced the easing of some lockdown measures from July 4th. "Some leisure facilities and tourist attractions may also reopen...– this includes outdoor gyms and playgrounds".

However, it seems like the opposite has happened. I have observed more playground equipment has been cordoned off since this announcement.

Please can you either re-open the parks and playgrounds, or justify the council's stance on keeping parks and playground shut.
