We the undersigned petition the council to Scrap the new parking scheme in ilkley as its clearly not working and something needs to be done as the new changes have majorly affected local businesses and residents who are now no longer park outside their houses without buying a permit or parking elsewhere miles away from their homes .also double yellow lines have been placed on streets that didn't used to have them and now are making it harder to park .
