We are Team Ward from NCS and we are working with Norwood House nursing home in Keighley because we have realised that there is an issue with the way Nursing Homes are funded by the government. Our team has also seen the huge problem with the way the government fund the Nursing homes that specialize in dementia because the care workers have to work overtime and are paid minimum wage for 12 hour shifts for 5-7 days.

This petition is going to help raise awareness for Dementia itself and the injustice caused to Nursing Homes by the government. Your signature will make a difference to the inconveniences caused to the elderly living this way.
