That it be agreed that the submitted Addingham Neighbourhood Development Plan (Appendix 1 to Document “R”) is, subject to the modifications (numbered PM1 to PM15) as set out in the Examiner’s Report (Appendix 2 to Document “R”), approved and that it is then subject to a local referendum.
