(Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.11) Order 2022

 

105651 – Various Sites, Bradford

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 14 July 2022 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

 

     I.        ‘NO WAITING AT ANY TIME’ on lengths of Bolton Road, Pickard Lane, Silsden; East Parade – Keighley Road, Steeton; Main Street, Addingham; Skipton Road – Greengate, Silsden; Backstone Way – Valley Drive, Ilkley; Bath Street – Leeds Road, Ilkley; Easby Close – Easby Drive, Ilkley; Belgrave Road, Keighley; Berry Lane - King Street – Spring Row, Keighley; Worth Way, Keighley; Oakworth Road – Sunny Hill Grove, Keighley; Nessfield Road, Keighley; Wheathead Lane, Keighley; Halifax Road, Cross Roads; Cherry Tree Rise, Keighley.

    II.        ‘LIMITED WAITING’ 3 hours No return within 3 hours on a length of Bolling Road, Ben Rhydding, Ilkley.

  III.        ‘NO WAITING’ Mon-Fri 8 - 9am 2.30 - 3.30pm on a length of Cherry Tree Rise, Keighley.

  IV.        Revocation of ‘NO WAITING AT ANY TIME’ on Queens Road, Ilkley.

   V.        ‘LIMITED WAITING’ Mon – Sun 8am to 8pm 30 mins no return within 1 hour on Broomhill Avenue, Keighley.

 

The Order comes into force on 1 August 2022 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY, at Keighley and Ilkley Libraries or below or obtained from Chris Hird by telephone on 01535 618172 or by email chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number P/HS/THN/105161/CON-1A.  

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made14th July 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
