(Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) Order 202*
Sticker Lane Junction - Chapman Street and Bowling Back Lane, Bradford
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:
I. No Waiting No Parking on a various lengths of Chapman Street, Bowling Back Lane and Sticker Lane
II. Road Closure at the junction of Chapman Street with Bowling Back Lane and revocation of existing one-way on Chapman Street
III. Revocation of an existing one-way traffic flow on Chapman Street
IV. Mini-Roundabout at the junction with Sticker Lane and Bowling Back lane
V. Pedestrian Refuge to be removed and relocated on Sticker Lane
VI. Bus Shelter to be removed and relocated on Sticker Lane
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or below or obtained from the Senior Engineer Arshad Mahmood, Traffic & Road Safety South Planning, Transportation & Highways by telephone on 01274 437684 or by email arshadmahmood@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/104731/CON-1A.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 29 July 2022 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/411535/411595.
