Speed Limit (No 4) Order 2022 Parkwood Street Area, Keighley

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 6th January 2022 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit zone within the Parkwood Street Area on the following roads:

 

Parkwood Street, Quarry Street, Tyne Street, Carlisle Street, Haynes Street, Dundas Street, Napier Street, Alpha street, Dean’s Lathe, Leyland Lane, Brow Street, Feather Street, St Paul’s Road, Moore Street, Kendal Street.

 

The Order comes into force on 24th January 2022 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined below or obtained from Thomas Kagezi, Engineer, Traffic and Road Safety by email to thomas.kagezi@bradford.gov.uk or by telephone 01535 618291.

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (6th January 2022) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
