Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Experimental Traffic Regulation Order on 1st July 2021 under its powers contained in section 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be:
The Experimental Order has been made as part of the Council’s response to address road safety concerns and congestion caused by indiscriminate long stay parking and trading. The Experimental Order will be implemented for a maximum of eighteen (18) months during which time its effects will be monitored by the Council before a decision is taken to give the order permanent effect, be varied or modified in some way (if not already varied, modified or cancelled) or allowed to lapse.
