Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 8^th July 2021 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

      i.        No Waiting at any time on a length of B6160, Addingham; Bark Lane, Addingham; Parish Ghyll Drive, Ilkley; Victoria Avenue, Ilkley; Bolling Road, Ben Rhydding; Manley Road, Ben Rhydding; Sutton Lane, Eastburn; Queens Road, Ingrow; North Street, Keighley; Well Street, Keighley; St Pauls Road, Keighley; Raven Street, Keighley; Highfield Lane, Keighley; Parkwood Street, Keighley; Keighley Road, Oxenhope; Perseverance Road, Oxenhope: Station Road, Oxenhope; Clog Bridge, Silsden; Elliott St, Silsden; Harwal Gate, Silsden; Howden Road, Silsden; Station Road, Steeton

     ii.        No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4pm on a length of Queens Road, Ingrow

    iii.        No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 30 mins No Return within 30 mins on a length of Parkwood Street, Keighley

   iv.        No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 30 mins No Return within 1 hour on a length of Lawkholme Crescent, Keighley

    v.        Revocation of Limited Waiting restrictions on lengths of North Street, and Royd Ings Avenue, Keighley  

The Order comes into force on 19^th July 2021 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined below or obtained from Chris Hird, Traffic Engineer (North) by telephone on 01535 618172 quoting reference number P/HS/THN/104852/0006/0007/CON-1A. 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 8^th July 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
