Notice of the making of a Definitive Map Modification Order

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

(Footpath 19 Keighley) Modification Order 2021

 

The above Order, made on 25th March 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for Bradford by deleting a section of Footpath 19 Keighley and adding a section of Footpath 19 Keighley in the vicinity of the farm buildings at Daisy Hill, thereby altering the alignment of this section of the footpath. 

 

A copy of the Order and Order map may be seen free of charge at Customer Services Centre, ground floor, Britannia House on the corner of Broadway and Bridge Street, Bradford, during normal office hours.  Electronic copies are available via rightsofway@bradford.gov.uk. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased. 

 

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the City Solicitor at the address given below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk not later than 13th May 2021 stating the grounds on which it is made.

 

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
