Various Highways in East Bowling Lidget Green and Great Horton Bradford Public Spaces Protection Order Extension 2020

Purpose of the consultation

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (“the Council”) proposes to extend the Public Spaces Protection Order (“the Order”) made pursuant to Section 59, 64 and 72 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the Act”). Under Section 60 of the Act the Order will permit the continual restriction of public right of way, by virtue of the gate restricting access at:

 

a)    The highway to the rear of properties numbered 52 to 70 Bowling Park drive, East Bowling. North entrance from a point of 17 metres west of the western kerbline of Bowling Park drive for a distance of 66 metres in a westerly then southerly and then easterly direction.

b)    Highway to the rear of properties numbered 84 to 116 Clayton road, Lidget Green. From a point of 17 metres south west of its junction with Springfield avenue to its junction with Cousen Avenue.

c)    Highway between the rear of properties numbered 2 to 18 Coppice Wood Grove and the rear of properties numbered 1 to 17 Coppice Wood Avenue, Lidget Green. From its junction with Coppice Wood Avenue to a point 12 metres east of its junction with Legrams Mill Lane.

d)    Highway to the rear of properties numbered 1 to 17 Dracup Road, Great Horton. From a point 11 metres south west of its junction with Dracup Road for a distance of 56 metres in a south westerly and then north westerly direction.
