Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (“the Council”) proposes to extend the Public Spaces Protection Order (“the Order”) made pursuant to Section 59, 64 and 72 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the Act”). Under Section 60 of the Act the Order will permit the continual restriction of public right of way, by virtue of the gate restricting access, at the eastern end of Public Footpath Bradford North 155 (at its junction with the rear of the western footway of Kings Road), between the hours of 18:00 and 07:00 hours.
