(Waiting Loading and Parking Order)
(Consolidation) (Amendment No.**) Order 202*
Carr Lane / Main Road, East Morton
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following: -
i. ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions on lengths of School Street, Carr Lane and Main Road, East Morton
A copy of the draft Order together with maps showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY or can be found below or obtained from Engineer, Chris Hird - Transportation & Highways by email chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/105750.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection either by post to the address below or by email to Objections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 22 November 2024 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/JLF/417546.
