(Amendment No.9) Order 2022

 

104767 Various Roads in the Bradford South Area 21/22

 

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 5th May 2022 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following: -

 

I.             NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on lengths of Cemetery Road, Royds; Reevy Road West, Royds; Great Horton Road; Coppice Wood Grove; Coppice Wood Avenue; Brackenbeck Road; Paternoster Lane; Wheater Road; Aberdeen Place; Commondale Way, Wyke; Huddersfield Road, Hind Street; West Croft Road, Wyke; Brownroyd Hill Road; Stirling Crescent, Tong.  

II.            NO WAITING 9am – 9pm at various lengths on Cemetery Road, Royds.

III.          Revocation of existing School Keep Clear markings on Haycliffe Lane.

IV.          New School Keep Clear markings on a length of Haycliffe Lane.

V.           Revocation of existing NO WAITING AT ANY TIME reduced by 7metres on a length of Wesley Avenue, Wyke.

VI.          Replace existing Parking with Mon-Sat 8am-6pm, 1 Hour, No return within 1 hour and No Licensed Private Hire Vehicles on lengths of Hanson Fold and Town Gate, Wyke. 

VII.        Bus Clearway 27metres long on a length of Stirling Crescent. 

 

The Order comes into force on 16th May 2022 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or below or obtained from David Petcher, Senior Engineer - Traffic & Road Safety South Planning, Transportation & Highways by telephone on 01274 435590 or by email david.petcher@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/CONS-1A-1T.

 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 5th May 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
