Bingley Town Council submitted a Neighbourhood Area Application to the Council on 10 July 2017.
The Council is currently seeking public comments on the submitted application for a period of 4 weeks from Thursday, 13 July until Thursday, 10 August 2017.
What is this consultation about?
Bingley Town Council has submitted a request to the Council to be designated as ‘Neighbourhood Area’ for the purpose of producing a Neighbourhood Development Plan.
A Neighbourhood Area is an area, usually a parish area, to which a proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan or Neighbourhood Development Order will relate.
As part of the application the Town Council has submitted a proposed boundary to which their Neighbourhood Development Plan will relate to and a brief statement on why the boundary is an appropriate one. A copy of the application can be found below.
The Council would like to hear your views about the proposed designation of a Neighbourhood Area in Bingley, particularly in terms of the proposed boundary and statement of intent. A copy of the Neighbourhood Area Application and comment form can be found on this page below.

This consultation will run for 4 weeks from Thursday, 13 July until Thursday, 10 August 2017.
