Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following:
i. NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on lengths of Stamp Hill Close, Broadfield Way and The Street, Addingham
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined below or obtained from Chris Hird by telephone on 01535 618172 or by email chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number P/HS/THN/103187/TRO-1A.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 28 January 2022 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/410153.

Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order
The Council considers it expedient to make this Order:
i. for facilitating the passage on the road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians);
ii. for preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs;
iii. for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising; and
iv. for preventing the use of the road by vehicular traffic of a kind which, or its use by vehicular traffic in a manner which, is unsuitable having regard to the existing character of the road or adjoining property.
