(Moving Traffic)(Consolidation) (Amendment No.5) Order 2021

103197 Hard Ings Road Improvement Scheme, Keighley

Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 4^th November 2021 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following:

      i.        Prohibited Right Turn at a point 60m from the projected western kerbline of Lawkholme Lane on the southern side of Hard Ings Road on a length of Hard Ings Road and Lawkholme Lane; and

     ii.        Prohibited U-Turn from its junction with Lawkholme Lane for a distance of 75 metres in a westerly direction on a length of Hard Ings Road.

The Order comes into force on 22^nd November 2021 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined below or obtained from Carole Yeadon by telephone on 01274 435723 or by email carole.yeadon@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/103197/TRO-4A. 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made on 4^th November 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
