Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (Moving Traffic) 2021
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Experimental Traffic Regulation Order on 4th November 2021 under its powers contained in section 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce:
The Experimental Order has been made as part of the Council’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic to support social distancing and to create lower trafficked routes to encourage walking and cycling. The Experimental Order will be implemented for a maximum of eighteen (18) months during which time its effects will be monitored by the Council before a decision is taken to give the order permanent effect, be varied or modified in some way (if not already varied, modified or cancelled) or allowed to lapse.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 6 May 2022 quoting reference: CORP/PCD/AK/409748.
